Afer having beat and broken 4 treadmills and this is number 5, I decided to spend a little more money and INVEST in the best treadmill I could afford. I have researched all the review websites and consumer reports. I even checked out the Treadmill Budda ( who, by the way was very interesting and mighty helpful). For the money and the size of motor this one has,I would say it can't be beat. On the other hand, if you fall into some money, the StarTrac(7,000 for the one I LOOOOVED) would be nice!The only reason I gave this one 4 stars out of 5 was the profanity that ensued ater opening the box and assembling the thing. Save your marriage and pay a teenager 50 bucks to put it together. Happy running:)
