I purchased this item from Amazon because of free shipping and no sales tax. I had hoped to locate it on the second floor but after receiving it I found this impossible to do. Even unassembled the bed of this machine must weigh 200 pounds so I put it in the basement.

The treadmill gives a good workout. Thus far I have used the EZ Cline program at Level 15 and at 3 MPH for 20-25 minutes. This gets my HR up to almost max. There are several programs that keep your HR at a certain percentage automatically by adjusting the incline. I am interested in these but have yet to try them. The life Fitness "Hill" program is also available on the TR5

I would recommend this treadmill because of the number of programs it has as the key to exercise with a machine is varity so you don't get bored and give up.
