The mat is very good quality and reasonably priced. I bought it for my treadmill and it supports it well. I have only had it a few weeks so I don't know how durable it is but so far it is holding up well. Also, I have a light manual treadmill. Again, not sure how well this mat will support bigger, heavier treadmills.
