Need a replacement part for your treadmill? You might want to skip this vendor. Not once but twice did they send the same incorrect part. Email replies to queries were terse, bland, uninformative, and almost to the point of rudeness. Phone calls were not returned and throughout the process there was almost no customer service to be found. I had to go through my credit card company to get any cooperation.
