I will never order from this company again and would caution others.
I ordered this treadmill on January 20 2009. Deadline for delivery was February 10. Received confirmation from Amazon but never from Brookstone who was sending the item. On the 10th I sent an email through Amazon to Brookstone that I never received it but was charged for it anyway. 2 DAYS later I got a reply stating more research was needed..whatever that means.

Sent another email on the 17th. No answer. Finally I had to file a claim with Amazon under the A-Z guarantee. On the 22nd Amazon notified me that they had issued a reimbursement to my account and that it might take a couple of days for me to notice.

Today on the 24th I received an email from Brookstone stating that the vendor had lost the package and had it delivered back and that if I would like to reorder...NO THANK YOU. For a $500 purchase I would expect better communication when a problem arrives.

I thank Amazon for being so involved and standing behind their customers.
Never have had a problem ordering with any of their companies till now and they demonstrated how trustworthy they are. As for Brookstone, they have a lot to learn about customer service.
